Examination Policy
Exam Registration
- Exam registration shall be deemed valid and confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable fees and receipt of an official exam confirmation from the Certifying Provider.
- Successful registration entitles the candidate to access the prescribed study materials, the official exam link, and eligibility for exam retakes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- The candidate is solely responsible for ensuring that all registration details are accurate, complete, and up to date. Any inaccuracies in personal information, including but not limited to name, address, or contact details, may result in delays or errors in certificate issuance and delivery, for which the Certifying Provider shall bear no liability.
Exam Levels, Duration, and Structure
- Examinations are administered in accordance with the level of certification pursued, as outlined below:

- All examinations are strictly time-bound. Upon expiration of the allocated time, the exam will be automatically submitted.
- Candidates are fully responsible for managing their time effectively throughout the examination.
Passing and Reporting Criteria
- The minimum passing score for all certification levels is seventy percent (70%).
- Examination results are final and shall be communicated to the candidate within forty-eight (48) hours via the registered email address.
- Detailed exam feedback shall not be provided. The Certifying Provider will not disclose individual question results or indicate which responses were correct or incorrect.
Exam Retake Policy
- Candidates are eligible to retake the examination at no additional cost, with no limitation on the number of attempts, within ninety (90) calendar days from the date the exam registration payment is confirmed.
- The retake eligibility period shall automatically expire upon completion of ninety (90) days. No extensions, exceptions, or renewals shall be granted under any circumstances.
Study Materials
- Comprehensive study materials in PDF format are included as part of the exam registration.
- All study materials are provided strictly for the candidate’s personal and non-commercial use. Reproduction, duplication, sharing, resale, or distribution in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use of the study materials may result in immediate disqualification from the examination and forfeiture of all related rights without refund.
Exam Conduct and Integrity
- Candidates must complete the examination independently and without assistance from any third party.
- Any form of academic misconduct, including but not limited to cheating, impersonation, use of unauthorized resources, or disruptive behavior, shall result in:
- Immediate termination of the examination;
- Disqualification from certification; and
- Permanent loss of eligibility to retake the examination.
- The Certifying Provider reserves the right to monitor, review, and investigate any suspected irregular or fraudulent activity.
Issuance of Certificates
- Upon successful completion of the examination and fulfillment of all requirements, the candidate shall be awarded the relevant certificate.
- Physical certificates shall be dispatched to the address provided during registration.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, courier services, and applicable customs or regulatory procedures.
- The Certifying Provider shall not be liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details or customs-related restrictions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All examination fees are strictly non-refundable once registration has been confirmed.
- Failure to attend, commence, or complete the examination shall not entitle the candidate to any refund, credit, or rescheduling.
Technical Requirements
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection, compatible device, and suitable testing environment prior to the examination.
- Technical issues arising from the candidate’s equipment, internet connectivity, or surroundings shall not constitute valid grounds for a refund, exam interruption, or extension.
Amendments and Rights
- The Certifying Provider reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions made by the Certifying Provider concerning examinations, results, retakes, and certifications shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the examination, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
