Our Certification Installment Payment Program reflects our continued partnership with current and future members, enabling professionals to advance their qualifications while managing financial commitments in a structured and convenient manner.
This flexible arrangement allows applicants to begin their certification journey while distributing the total program fee across four equal installments, ensuring uninterrupted learning and professional progress.

Installment Structure
The total certification fee is divided into four (4) equal installments, each representing 25% of the total program cost, allowing applicants to begin the program while managing payments comfortably.
The first installment is payable upon registration through the GEXMA® website using an approved installment coupon. Upon payment, the applicant receives immediate access to their learner account, full study materials, and eligibility to sit for the certification exam.
As per GEXMA® policy, applicants have 90 days of validity from registration, including unlimited exam retakes during this period.
The second, third, and fourth installments are each due every 30 days following the previous payment, regardless of examination attempts, status, or results, until the full program fee is completed.
Terms and Conditions
– Applicants must complete and submit the Installment Payment Application Form.
– The Mini MBA program certifications are not included in the installment payment program.
– Participation in the installment plan is subject to GEXMA® approval.
– The first installment must be paid via the official website payment gateway using the approved installment coupon.
– The remaining installments will be paid through invoices with secure payment links sent to the registered email address.
– Payment obligations remain binding regardless of examination attempts, results, or completion status.
– Certification (digital or physical) will not be issued or delivered until the final installment has been fully settled.
