The Gexma.us Membership & Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program is a single integrated professional program, where membership and CPD requirements operate together as one unified structure.

Active participation in the Membership & CPD Program ensures that certified professionals continuously maintain their professional standing, enhance competencies, and remain aligned with modern governance, management, and executive best practices.

Upon earning a GEXMA certification, candidates receive one (1) year complimentary Membership & CPD access, which is included within the initial certification.

2. Membership & CPD Renewal

After the first complimentary year, professionals are required to renew their Membership & CPD Program annually to maintain active certification status and professional recognition.

The renewal provides continued eligibility to:

• Maintain certification validity

• Participate in CPD assessment requirements

• Access examination and recertification opportunities

• Receive updated certification credentials

3. CPD Assessment Examination

Examination Structure

• Mode: Online examination

• Duration: 1 hour

• Total Questions: 30 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

The examination is designed around real or hypothetical professional scenarios, requiring candidates to demonstrate critical thinking, analytical judgment, and applied executive-level decision-making.

4. Validity & Retake Policy

• Examination access remains valid for ninety (90) days from the first attempt.

• Candidates are entitled to unlimited retakes within the 90-day validity period at no additional cost.

• This flexible structure supports continuous learning and competency development.

5. Program Fee & Inclusions

Total Fee: USD 275

The total fee covers both Membership and CPD Program requirements, including:

• One (1) year Membership & CPD renewal

• Online examination access

• Unlimited exam retakes within 90 days

• Issuance of a new digital certificate

• Printing and international delivery of the physical certificate via Aramex

6. Certification Maintenance

Maintaining an active Membership & CPD status is required to keep certifications valid and recognized under GEXMA professional standards. Certifications may become inactive if renewal requirements are not completed.

7. Non-Refund Policy

All payments made toward the Membership & CPD Program are non-refundable once registration and examination access have been activated.
By completing the payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy regardless of exam participation or completion status.

8. Program Governance

GEXMA reserves the right to enhance program structure, assessment methodology, or administrative procedures to ensure alignment with international professional and executive education standards.
